Secure your server by enable WHM root & SSH login email alerts , its very important security concern for server to protect the server from unknown login attempts. Every time you will notify via email with every login attempts.

We can do this by configuring the CSF so make sure you have CSF installed on the server, you can read the tutorial how to install CSF

Lets start ,
Step-1 : Login to WHM control panel and Go to:

Home >> Plugins >> ConfigServer Security & Firewall

How To Change The Default SSH Port in CentOS, the default SSH port is 22 ,you can change the default SSH port , you can easily do it.you need to make a little change on sshd_config files. The default port number is 22 & now we are going to change it to 1155.
Step 1: Open the SSH config file.

/etc/ssh/sshd_config

Add a New line with your New port. please see following the picture , I have added a new line ( Port 1155 ) under the line , #port 22 . you can change port from 22 to any other. I have changed the port 22 to 1155.

How To Fix 401 Unauthorized Error wordpress on DigitalOcean

My previous tutorials was “How to create a website on DigitalOcean in a minutes” after installing wordpress , browser ask you admin user & password. well you can find the user namd and password by command:

cat /root/WORDPRESS

But this is a solution to complete the wordpress initial setup page. but every time when you will try to visit wordpress admin area browser will ask admin user & password.

its simple to fix the problem , log into your droplet via the command line, and run :

nano /etc/apache2/apache2.conf

Now, you need to find the section that deals with the “/wp-admin/” section. It should look like this: (more…)

Its very simple , just we need to complete two steps. one is Add child name server and another add “A” record in cPanel.
