Description
This error occurs when the package ea-apache24-mod-alt-passenger is not installed.
Workaround
Install ea-apache24-mod-alt-passenger by running the following command in SSH or WHM >> Terminal as the root user:
yum -y install ea-apache24-mod-alt-passenger
